ABOUT PRE-ORDERS AND PRODUCTION
All pre-ordered items will only be sent into production once the pre-orders close. They might take 2-3 months to get to me and only then I will be able to ship them out, so please order these items only if you're willing to wait. I'll be posting all the production updates on my Twitter and Instagram, as well as add them to the PRODUCTION UPDATES tab here on my shop.
If you have ordered a pre-order item along with an in-stock item, the shipping will be late. If you'd rather want your in-stock item to be shipped earlier, please make separate orders.
SHIPPING POLICY
I ship from India.
I ask you to please double check your address and phone number when you're placing an order. An address change can only be permitted up until shipping begins. If you have changed your address before I've shipped your order please let me know ASAP. I will not be responsible if your package doesn't get delivered due to you not updating me with your address change.
Flat item only orders (prints, stickers, photocards etc.) will be sent through standard shipping, i.e, they won't have a tracking number. If you want me to ship them out with a tracking number please feel free to reach out. (there will be extra charge for upgrading the shipping method)
If I'm unable to ship to your country due to any restrictions I'll be reaching out to you to issue a refund on your order.
Buyers are responsible for any customs, taxes and VATs.
Currently I'm unable to ship to: Afghanistan, Ukraine, Russia, Cuba, Libya, Haiti
RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Once the pre-orders close, I will not be issuing any refunds or order cancellations.
Once the package is dropped off at the post office, it's out of my hands. Any damage caused due to negligence by your post office is not my responsibility. If the package arrival is late, please contact your local post office. Please remember to check the tracking status of your order from time to time.
I will NOT offer a replacement free of charge under the following conditions:
- missing and damaged items due to negligence by the postal service
- lost or returned packages due to you filling your address incorrectly
- orders that were shipped to an older address due to you not updating me about an address change
- orders that were undelivered or returned due to you not paying the custom fees/taxes
I will offer a replacement free of charge under the following conditions:
- orders that were not delivered due to incorrect address filled by my side
If your package is returned to me, I can ship it to you again, but you will have to pay the shipping again.
If by any chance I forget or miss adding one of the items in your order, please contact me and let me know ASAP and I will send it to you.
